This Year’s Arrangements
This year’s Tabata CrossFit activities in Västervik are better than ever, with exciting new features to make training even more diverse and rewarding.
Our experienced and dedicated instructors, Daniel, Pierre, and José, from the renowned CrossFit Västervik, will guide you through the sessions. Their enthusiasm and expertise will ensure that each workout is fast-paced, challenging, and above all fun. You will feel inspired and motivated to give your all every time.
We meet next to Upplevelsebadets outdoor pool in Västervik, where we run our Tabata CrossFit sessions every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 11.00.
Our outdoor area provides the perfect training environment, but please note that in case of rain, sessions will be canceled.
The best thing about Tabata at Västervik Resort is that no pre-registration is required. You are welcome to show up as you are and to participate as much as you can and want.

At 11:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays during the high season.
Age Limit
None. CrossFit is for all levels and ages, and you adapt the training together with the trainer to your ability.
Should you Take Anything with You?
- Water – It can get hot on some days and although a dip in the sea or one of our pools can be refreshing afterward, it is recommended to stay hydrated during the session.
- Bring your enthusiasm and your smile, and together we will take the joy of training to new heights!
