How many nights do I need to book to pre-book my accommodation in high season? add remove

To pre-book camping and cottages in high season you need to book a minimum of 3 nights. If you do not want to book 3 nights, there is a chance to book on site but then we cannot guarantee you an accommodation.

What time do we have to check out? add remove

The check-out time for camping is 12.00 and for cottages 11.00. We do not accept late check-outs during high season.

Is the Adventure Pool included in the price? add remove

The adventure pool is not included in the price but if you stay more than 7 nights, 1 family ticket/ 7 night period is included.

What is the cost of the Adventure Pool if we stay with you? add remove

As a guest staying with us, the Experience Bath costs 150kr/person. You can also buy a family ticket for 425kr (2 adults+3 children). If you come changed directly from the cottage or caravan, we deduct SEK 50 from the family ticket (applies to direct purchase and cannot be combined with other offers)

Do showers cost money in shelters? add remove

We have free showers in all service buildings.

Are there dishwashers in the service buildings? add remove

We have dishwashers in most service buildings except Rönnö, Dungen and Marielund. The dishwashers are high-speed and have automatic dosing of detergent.

Is there a washing machine, and how much does it cost to wash? add remove

Washing machines are available in selected service buildings and washing is free of charge if you live in the complex. Detergent is included and is dispensed automatically. You book your time via a QR code on site.

Does my cabin or campsite have sun all day? add remove

Are the evening shows included in the Arena? add remove

All evening shows are free on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

What is the cost of the children’s activities organized by Västervik Resort? add remove

Most children’s activities are free but require pre-registration in Lysses hus when you are on site. The adventure evening, which includes sausages, smores and drinks, costs SEK 40/participant.

Can I register my child for activities in advance? add remove

We do not take advance registrations for activities, you register on site in Lysses hus. A tip is to visit Lysses hus on the first day of your stay and book various fun activities for your child/children.

Are there showers and toilets in all cabins? add remove

No, we have a number of camping cabins without shower and toilet and you can easily see that in the cabin menu.

How steep are the stairs in the Timmerby cabins? add remove

The stairs in the Ösel and Dagö cabins are steep and if you are in doubt, please contact the reception for more information.

Are pets allowed in the cabins and in public places? add remove

Pets are very welcome with us and are allowed in most places on the area. We have some cottages where pets are not allowed and that is Krokö, Jungfruskär and in our studios.

Are sheets and towels included? add remove

Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for 150 SEK/set.

Is there a cot and high chair available to rent? add remove

Yes, high chair costs 120kr and cot 260kr/stay.

What do I need to bring with me to the cabin? add remove

All our cottages are equipped for self-catering. It is good to bring hygiene items, bed linen (available for rent), drying towels, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, spices for cooking and of course a happy mood.
